1. Acceptance of Charges
By subscribing to the $1 Million Dollar Club, you agree to the initial charge for your order and authorize any future recurring payments related to your subscription. You confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided and consent to be charged according to these terms.

2. 3-Day Trial Period
Your first purchase includes a 3-day trial to experience the $1 Million Dollar Club service. The trial is part of your initial subscription and is not free. If you do not wish to continue, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the trial ends. Failure to cancel within the trial period will result in the automatic charge of the monthly subscription fee.

3. Recurring Billing Authorization
By completing your purchase, you authorize $1 Million Dollar Club to charge your payment method on a monthly basis for continued access to the $1 Million Dollar Club membership.

4. No Refund Policy
All payments are final and nonrefundable. Once a charge is processed, no refunds or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstance. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

5. Subscription Price Changes
$1 Million Dollar Club reserves the right to change the monthly subscription fee for our service at any time, with or without prior notice. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle after the change is made. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the new billing cycle.

6. Subscription Management
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be submitted through https://santimillionaire.com/contact. Once canceled, no further charges will be applied.

7. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue will be considered a direct violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the $1 Million Dollar Club without refund. We also reserve the right to provide your purchase confirmation, billing agreement, and usage records as evidence in any dispute.

8. Digital Access & Usage
Upon subscribing, you are granted immediate access to our private Discord community and all digital content associated with your membership. Usage of this service — including accessing our Discord server or receiving materials — constitutes delivery of the product. No physical items are shipped. You are responsible for safeguarding your access credentials.
